            A mining development company in Tibet told us that the method they used to deal with mining waste water was natural drying, but the result of natural drying was that the water content after slurry treatment was still 60%, the mud can not pile up, which causes difficulties in transportation and stacking, and the cost is high and the efficiency is low. When the construction is tense, it can not meet the requirements of construction progress, and even the construction site environment is bad, and the overflow of mud water makes it difficult to get involved, the engineering team often suffers huge fines due to pipe blockage caused by mud water leaking into the sewer.

            Mining waste water mainly comes from the drainage of wet dedusting in the process of ore crushing, ground washing water and ore dressing waste water in ore crushing and screening workshops, corridors and ore transfer stations. Mineral Dressing wastewater containing a large amount of suspended solids is usually recycled for mineral dressing after sedimentation, and the sediment enters the mineral dressing system according to its composition and then discharges into the tailing system. Tailing is one of the ineffective products in the process of ore dressing, which mainly includes heavy metals such as mercury, cadmium, lead, chromium and other elements with significant toxicity such as non-metallic sulfur and arsenic, as well as zinc, copper, nickel and other elements with certain toxicity, tailings leachate will cause groundwater and soil pollution, people drink unclean underground water or consume heavy metals into their bodies by eating crops, which will lead to serious consequences.

            The laboratory of our company gave a feasible scheme after testing the waste water: it flows into the three-layer sedimentation tank through the drainage ditch, and the clean water generated by the water passing through the three-layer sedimentation tank after a long time of sedimentation can be recycled. Use a mixer in the three-layer sedimentation tank, stir evenly, and use a slurry pump to drive the slurry from the three-layer sedimentation tank into the slurry tank. Use the medicament conditioning tank to add medicine (add the medicament into the mud tank through the medicament tank). After the mud tank is evenly stirred by the mixer, it is provided by the plunger Mud Pump (the plunger mud pump needs to be specially customized, using the spherical valve core) dripping into the filter press for dehydration treatment, the mud cake formed by the treatment is pulled away and buried, and the clean water flows into the clear water tank for recycling, finally achieving the purpose of turning the sewage into clean water.
