This filter consists of rack, filter plates, compressing system and electrical control system. Rack part consists of engine base, keep plate, thrust plate and girder, which can support filter plates and compressing system. Filter plates are installed between keep plate and thrust plate, covered with filter cloth.
Filter press with round filter plates separate solid materials from liquid by taking advantage of pressure difference. During working process, compressing system (piston rod or guide screw) will push keep plates, so that filter plates and filter cloth will be tightly pressed, forming sealed filter chamber. And then, slurry will pass through charging hole on thrust plate and enter the filter chamber by slurry pump. Gradually, solid materials will be left in the filter chamber and become filter cake. At the same time, liquid will flow out.
